Clinic at the 2025 Jr. Vasquez

Race-4-Eight Stars Marcos Chavez and John Alvarado Bike Lead Junior-WPH
San Gabriel, California, World Players of Handball-Press, June 29th, 2025:
Race 4 Eight legend and Digiflex owner (HERE) Marcos Chavez and Race 4 Eight top 12 pro and pro player representative John Alvarado Bike coached a Junior WPH clinic for fourteen youngsters at the 2025 Junior Vasquez California-State Doubles Championships at Smith Park in San Gabriel, California on the last weekend in June. The former SR48 #1 and pro player rep member focused on serving strategies and the opportunities for the youngsters to attend college through handball before the pair teamed to win the open doubles final at the 2025 Jr. Vasquez.
“The clinic was really good,” stated Bike. “We worked on some strategies for serving and some mechanics. We also talked about the opportunity that can come with continuing to play handball in high school and college and that there are opportunities to get scholarships to play handball in college if they stick with it. We played some king of the court as well, where we played with them. It got pretty competitive, which is super fun. Thank you to Tom Martinez for setting up the clinic and giving me and Marcos the chance to work with this group.”
